Our commitment
We aim for this website to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA so that people can use it with a wide range of browsers, devices and assistive technologies.
Current status
The portal is partially conformant. Automated checks and keyboard review have been completed on representative English, Arabic and French pages. Full assistive-technology, browser and device testing remains in progress.
Measures in place
- A skip link and consistent heading landmarks on public pages.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and search controls.
- Right-to-left layout and dedicated Arabic typefaces.
- Visible focus indicators and reduced-motion support.
- Labels and live status messages for interactive forms.
Known limitations
- Some older or editor-uploaded documents may not yet be fully accessible.
- Screen-reader testing in Arabic and full cross-browser device testing still require completion.
- Some third-party services linked from this portal are outside the university portal’s control.
