The contact form receives your name, email address, subject and message. Security verification may also process technical information needed to prevent automated abuse.
How information is used
Contact submissions are used to route and answer your enquiry, protect the service, and meet applicable institutional record-keeping duties. They are not used for advertising.
Storage and access
Contact submissions are stored in the private university content system. Public visitors cannot read them, and editorial access is limited to authorised Communications staff.
Retention
Information is kept only for the time needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable institutional retention requirements.
External services
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the contact form. Links to third-party platforms are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.
